Private full bathroom with shower stall is accessible through shared laundry room. Quarters are perfect for hikers looking for a place to relax between peaks. Living space includes an electric fireplace, large smart television with multiple streaming platforms, futon, dining table, and desk. Fully furnished kitchen area includes kitchenette with electric stove, oven, sink, and small fridge. Microwave, Keurig, and drip-coffee machine included, along with complimentary collection of coffee pods, tea, sweeteners, and creamer. Private entrance offers a picnic table and patio chairs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include hair dryer, ski rack/coat rack and boot tray, noise machine, high speed wireless internet, land line for local calls, USB outlets, extra towels, various toiletries (e.g shampoo, hand and body soaps....if you need something extra, just ask!). We strive to be green and have incorporated several earth friendly practices (e.g recycled toilet paper & paper towels, recycling bins). There is a designated washer and dryer available for guest use, complimentary detergent provided. This is true house sharing with a private twist as guest quarters occupy the lower level of the property. The space is best suited for single travelers, couples, or two adults and one child. Guest quarters are accessible down a flight of external stairs, accommodations are not wheelchair accessible. This property does not provide air conditioning. Two parking spaces dedicated for guests. Due to COVID there is minimal contact between host and guests, contactless check-in available, but the laundry area is a shared space with guests having designated machines for use at their discretion. HEPA air filters are found in guest quarters and laundry area. Please note that there are cats in parts of the home not accessible to guests. Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets on property.
