This suite is attached to the North Acres farmhouse. Bedroom has a king size bed. Living room with gas fireplace, smart tv. There is no kitchen, the suite includes a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
There is a window AC in the bedroom window for the summer. Note that there are no curtains on French doors between bedroom and living room where the sofa bed is.
North River will experience total solar eclipse in April 2024. Just over a minute of totality; great meadow/field to view from or head up to Garnet Hill Lodge and include 13th Lake in your viewing experience. Minimal light pollution.
Suite occupants have full and private access to the suite, deck with picnic table. Shared access to BBQ grill and firepit if farmhouse is occupied.
Please note Adirondack chairs and picnic table are put away for winter season. The firepit area is generally inaccessible in winter as is the deck.
