The UPPER LEVEL has a kitchenette that has a double-burner stove top unit. Brand new air fryer that has options to bake, broil or toast. Mini fridge with small freezer compartment. Coffee bar stocked with essentials. Brand new utensils, silverware, pots and pans and other kitchenware. High top table with four stools. Sleeper sofa, radio and Roku TV. Electric air conditioner that provides comfortable coolness to both levels. Baseboard heating that provides comfortable heat.
The LOWER LEVEL has a queen size bed, electronic charging station, electric fireplace, Roku TV, closet with shelving, fan, small cupboard table stocked with games, cards and books. Bathroom with shower. Walk out to grass area where you can play yard games or have a bonfire. Four lawn chairs and roasting sticks.
ON THE DECK is a brand-new gas grill, male and female GIANT bikes, small shed that homes beach towels, beach toys, inflatables, tool kit, leaf blower. Deck table and chairs, deck lounger, patio lights, access to outside water faucet.
Large parking area where you could park a boat or additional vehicles.
Our home is also walking distance to Green Lake, Salsbury Beach, Oneils Restaurant, Wild Cat Cove City Park, Urban Escape Boutique, WYSIWYG Juice Shop, Bonnema Hardware, Westwood Cafe, Spicer Public Library and Zorbaz on the Lake just to name a few. Enjoy the Glacial Lakes State Trail just across the road for walking or biking in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. Little Crow Golf Course and Sibley State Park are just a short drive away, as well as many other fun things to do and see in the nearby communities. Many more local restaurants and shopping too!
