This two bedroom, two bath home has been completely renovated into a contemporary dream and tastefully decorated in rustic modern decor. The living and dining area has an open concept for the togetherness you came for. You can watch the sunset inside from the reclining leather sofa or dinning table. The two large picture windows allow you to feel as though you’re on the lake and takes you out to the water.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with top of the line all electric oven, convection oven microwave, glass stove top and dishwasher. There’s a side by side stainless steel refrigerator to load your goodies into. One small appliance treat is the Ninja blender to make delicious fruit smoothies. Also a Keurig for individual coffee time and taste.
There are two bathrooms, one has delightful turquoise and white colored tile with a tub/shower combination. The adjoining mud room is equipped with a washer and dryer, also towels for your lake swims. The other bath has a luxury shower with stone and tile. Both baths are filled with white fluffy towels.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated for a cozy and tranquil sleep. The beds have one hundred percent Egyptian cotton sheets to slide into with comfy quilts and comforters. That’s the inside, now for the outside.
The large natural stone fire pit near the edge of the lake is where the most spectacular views are. They are ever changing from misty mornings to sunset evening and everything in between. The water constantly changes colors from the reflection of the sky. You never know what you will get. The wildlife certainly loves the lake as well. You will see an array of birds who just seem to stop by as they please. Brown Pelican, Great Blue Herons and Great Egrets commonly grace the lakefront. They may come in the yard or walk on the wooden dock. Off the dock is where you can go in for a refreshing swim. For the people who like to fish this is one quiet spot in the early morning or evening when the fish are jumping.
The long porch facing the lake has plenty of outdoor tables and chairs to have early morning coffee, have a breakfast or better yet a brunch for those who want to sleep in. There is a gas barbecue grill and if you desire you can eat dinner out there as well. Relaxing, rejuvenating and taking in nature and the lake will definitely ease your mind and body. This property is for those who want to read, relax, converse and just breath in the fresh air far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Oh, and on a clear night, the stars are bright deep in the heart of Texas.
