Every built-in nook is curated with my own art and the work of local artists I admire. My home is spacious, comfortable, unique, and centrally located near to downtown Minneapolis.
My home has two large bedrooms, one full bath, and an enormous living room leading to a formal dining room. Find your own favorite nook, and enjoy the creative infusion of energy here.
The space
My home is a duplex with a regular tenant in the upper unit, and I stay in the basement when there are guests in the AirBNB. While you have exclusive access to the 2 bedroom unit, parties are not allowed. Quiet hours from 11pm - 7 am.
There are steps to enter the home from either the front or back doors. Additionally the bedrooms and bathroom is on the second floor. Guests with mobility limitations may have a challenge in my home.
