-Unit 823 is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $35 per day. Max 1 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Please note, this is a shared community and respect to other guests renting the other units is required.
