There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single car garage and a lovely back deck to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or a nice glass of wine in the evening. The views from the main living space are beautiful. You can see the bay and jetty all the way to Morro Bay. You’ll be walking distance to Sea Pines Golf Resort, the Cuesta Inlet Trails and Sweet Springs Nature Preserve. This home is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

The local surf shops offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.
The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is a 45 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two hour drive north. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
