A charming third-floor walk-up two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with views of the Pemigewasset River. Enter to a foyer/mud-room with a bench to sit and removed outerwear. Once through the foyer, you are in the central, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The full galley-style kitchen offers a Keurig coffee maker and three seats at the granite countertop. The dining area has an oval table with seating for six. The living area holds comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a wood-burning fireplace. The laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer and the deck overlooking the river are both located off the living area.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the open-concept space. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large comfy chair, and television as well as a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed. The full bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the door of the second bedroom.
After you spend your day exploring the Lincoln-Woodstock area of the White Mountains, spend your evening at this lovely condo sitting on the deck overlooking the river or throwing a couple of logs in the wood-burning fireplace and cozying up on the living room couches with a good book or your favorite television show.
Not ready to relax yet... Gather your towels and head for the Sports Club or Tennis Courts located close to the home. This will give you the perfect opportunity to use the health membership included with your stay.
