Great neighborhood for golfing, tennis, swimming, fishing, boating, waterskiing and relaxing in the sun. Desert Aire has a lot of activities through out the year. There is a community pool if you would like to go please let me know. The HOA requires you have to be registered on a list. It is 3.00 per day per person. The house is only 31 miles to the Gorge Amphitheater which host some great concerts and Cave B winery which has an amazing restaurant and spa.
The golf course, tennis courts, boat launch, pool and park are only minutes away. It is great to take an enjoyable walk through the community or along the waterfront.
If you choose to use the community pool the HOA requires names of the guests to be put on list before Friday afternoon if you are coming for the weekend. There is a 3.00 per person per day to use the pool.
