The ground floor also includes a powder room and private en-suite bedroom with full size bed and full bath. A mud room and access to the large two car garage with level 2, 240 volt EV charger completes this level.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large landing with another deck overlooking the meadow and October Mountain.To one side, the private primary suite with king bed, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. On the landing’s other side, a spacious hall bath and two comfortable bedrooms:one with two twins beds and beautiful views, the other equipped with a queen bed and its own en-suite full bath. The second floor also offers an extra upstairs TV room/bedroom with a queen pullout sofa for unexpected guests.
