Offering 75 feet of frontage on the serene shores of Lake Champlain, this charming home just outside St. Albans Town boasts a setting like no other. From the expansive back deck, you'll be treated to sweeping views of Popasquash and Butler Islands, the Adirondacks in the distance, and unforgettable nightly sunsets.
This single-level, lakefront home is a true Vermont classic, designed and built by the Quilliam family in 1966 as their summer home for annual vacations and the site of special events. The 1,336-square-foot interior is full of lake views and natural light, allowing you to savor the beauty of your surroundings all day long.
The living room features plentiful seating, a TV, and glass doors that lead outside to the lakefront deck. Moving into the country kitchen, you'll find ample cabinet storage, a dining room table for your guests, and an additional breakfast table in the lakefront sunroom that's shared with the washer/dryer. A gas grill, a picnic table, and a firepit await outside for summer days and nights spent at the water's edge.
THINGS TO KNOW
Though this vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs, please ensure they are on a leash when outside the property.
Water shoes are available for guest use in the water equipment cabin. A life jacket is available as well.
Three AC units are in the cottage, set in the living room, main bedroom, and the kitchen/dining area.
Water comes up to the rear of the property, and allows direct swimming access.
There is a storage cabin with life jackets provided for your use.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
