The main floor has a coffee frozen yogurt bar, a consignment store and the lowest level has a Mexican American Restaurant and a Food Co-op. The second level is a combination of long term residential apartments and vacation rentals. The building is locked in the evenings and accessed with a pass key. The building has an elevator for tenants and guests only and the key to the elevator is provided after check in.
The building has 2 entries and will be locked in the evenings. The apartment is located on the second level so stairs will be necessary to access the apartment when checking in. An elevator key is provided after check in. Guests have an access key to use on the main entrance on Lincoln St. when the building is locked.
