You will feel right at home in this newly updated space full of mountain charm. FRONT PORCH
The front porch is a relaxing place to spend your free time, read a book and enjoy the fresh Colorado air.
ENTRY & LIVING ROOM
You'll find yourself in the living room as you enter through the front door keyless entry. The north-facing windows provide lots of natural light during the day. The right side of the TV stand has some games to enjoy. Roku with Guest Mode allows you to enter your personal log-ins to watch your streaming apps with expiration date to delete your log-in upon your exit. Ring security keypad can be activated upon request.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The updated kitchen and dining room includes a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave-convection oven, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker, all-in-1 air fryer and instant pot, toaster, and blender. Dinnerware, children's dinnerware, flatware and cooking pans are provided. Enjoy the Coffee Bar with a nice selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Introductory supply of dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, coffee, and coffee filters also provided. Highchair available upon request.
BEDROOMS
The two bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably. Both bedrooms feature plush queen-sized beds, closets and USB charging ports. The first bedroom includes a TV. The second bedroom contains a Murphy bed with a wide work surface where you can be productive during the day. With a gentle pull down, the bed converts to a comfortable queen bed at night. The desk maintains its orientation, so you don't even have to move your items off the work surface - even when it's closed. Infant Pack and Play available upon request. (Note: Not for children over 30" (76 cm) in height, 25 lbs (12 kg) in weight, or who are able to climb out.)
BATHROOM
Bright and clean full-size bathroom provides a shower/tub combo, hair dryer, towels and washcloths for makeup removal. Introductory packet of travel-sized toiletries and toilet paper are provided.
LAUNDRY
A full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet off the kitchen. A broom, mop, iron and ironing board and a few single-use laundry soap packets also provided.
