On the first floor, the sofa opens into a full size bed for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed is good quality and sleeps like a regular mattress. The home has two full bathrooms (downstairs with a walk-in shower, and upstairs with a large soaking tub), a laundry available to guests and a small deck overlooking the park.
