Abbot, Maine’s #1 town. Enjoy Piper Pond in Abbot, Me. Beautiful sunsets, close to Atv and Snowmobile trails. Rental includes use of 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards during summer months. 30 minutes from Greenville and Moosehead Lake. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths easily accommodates 8 people.
Piper Pond is fish stocked each year. Enjoy fishing year round.
Kitchen includes coffee maker (regular and keurig) , pots, pans and do much more.
The living room offers beautiful views of pond.
Dock is out of water in October will be in water late spring. No bedrooms are on main level, you must climb stairs to access any bedrooms.
Room for up to 4 cars/trailers. Piper Pond has public boat launch.
Movies, games (indoor/outdoor) are available for use.

There are 4 cameras on property. 1 faces pond, 1 faces driveway, 1 in basement facing pipes/WiFi/heating unit (guests asked not to play in closed off basement area), 1 in garage (off limit area). If driving a snowmobile, please don’t do circles in yard (there is a whole pond), please use yard to go to pond only
