Fully furnished 4-6 person cabin on a beautiful peninsula is the perfect Northwoods getaway! It is very private, just a few feet away from the lake, and surrounded by water and state forest land. The beautiful large deck has a patio table, chairs and lounge chairs looking out onto the lake. Roast marshmallows over the campfire, fish off your private pier, and prepare your meals using our charcoal grill or fully furnished kitchen! The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other has a daybed/pull out trundle looking out onto the lake. The living room has a full-size pull-out couch, and a pull-out twin sized bed from a chair. The remodeled pine bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Enjoy the TV with DVD player/antenna and wifi on those days where you need a break from all the nature! A fishing boat, a paddleboat, and kayaks are included in your rental!
This cabin is fully furnished, including a coffee pot with filters, microwave, blankets, sheets and pillows. You will need to bring all towels, washcloths, paper products, food, charcoal etc. Please see our policies for the full list of items that we provide, and the list of items you are encouraged to bring to ensure your trip is unforgettable!
Little Carr Lake is 52 acres, and 30 feet deep. It is perfect fishing for panfish, largemouth, and walleye. There is a private boat launch to Little Carr Lake at the Cottage on the Point cabin. If you are looking for a larger lake for your boating activities, the Lake Tomahawk boat landing (which connects to the Minocqua chain), is just a short mile away from the cabin, allowing you to trailer to your boating destination for the day.
During our peak season (mid-June to mid-August), we offer Saturday to Saturday rentals (7 night minimum). During our off-peak season (mid-May to mid-June and mid-August to late September), we offer 3 night minimum rentals.
