The basement kitchen provides a second refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Step back in time while checking out the DVD library, with Blu-ray DVD players throughout the house.
The outdoor space includes a large concrete patio with gas grill, an egg smoker, corn hole, a dining table, and a solo stove. There are trails throughout the woods for nature walks and exploring. There is no shortage of wildlife including deer, a diverse bird population(even bald eagles!) turkey, and squirrel galore. Coshocton County consistently has the highest deer harvests and also boasts large public hunting areas. Ask about permission to hunt the property!
The home sits back far from the road and there is ample onsite parking, however a 4 wheel drive vehicle is necessary in inclement weather (mostly just heavy snowfall).
