Perfect house for entertaining, you will not be bored at this house AND it’s 5-10 minutes from the Strip, 5 minutes to downtown, and 5 mins to Convention center ! Home of CES 2022. Beautiful 3276 plus sq ft living space with resort-style backyard and heated pool area. Villa sits on one half an acre of lush greenery landscaping. Jacuzzi, fire pit, cornhole, pool table, bar, balcony and charcoal and gas bbq.
As one of three houses in this culdesac, noise does not travel too much and our neighbors are the best. Be friendly with them :) We are happy to have this be your rental house for gathering the family and friends to enjoy each other's company.
Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove, convection microwave oven, and fully stocked kitchen. If something is missing let us know! we will be happy to provide. Enjoy that lovely home cooking on our large 8 person dining table while watching tv. (You'll find a few folding chairs in the garage if you need extras).
Relax by the fireplace with your love or family in the main downstairs living room on our large sectional while appreciating the stained glass windows and high ceilings, or move upstairs where you will find a lovely electric reclining chair in front of a library of books for you to read, not to take home. Play 4 in a row, tick tac toe, and chess with your guests or shoot some pool on our authentic 800 lbs pool table while watching the game taking in a beverage from the bar, and enjoying the upstairs fireplace.
If you happen to be at our home during a holiday, recline in the reclining chairs facing the large windows and take in a fireworks show, with this epic view of the strip or if you are here for a work trip I'm sure you'll appreciate the standing/sitting adjustable desk with built-in charging station.
The property features four bedrooms and a loft. Two rooms have one king bed each. One of the rooms has two queen beds. The last room was converted to a sleeping area and has three queen beds.
The outdoor area is our prized gem. Truly resort-style landscaping and entertaining. Optional heated pool, and spa, (additional charge to heat the pool and spa), gas fire pit, charcoal and gas bbq (both propane and charcoal are provided), multiple seating areas, a specific dog run behind the bbq, and a swing.
The garage is free for you to use and will comfortably fit 2 vehicles. You will also find a second set of laundry machines in the garage which is always free access to the guests.
