The space
Home is entirely a private space.
Full kitchen with dining area and all the essentials needed. There is plenty of coffee or tea on hand. A a very workable kitchen.
Nice deck off the kitchen and enclosed porch in the front.
The bedroom suite is off the living room with Bedrooms at each end of the hallway. They are private and quite comfortable with blackout shades.
One bedroom has full size bed with TV and the other has a queen bed and a desk.
Living room offers a great reading area.
2 TV's, one in living room and one bedroom. Roku on both, with Netflix, hulu, Fubo and Roku channels. Or sign into your own app's. We do not have cable.
Washer and dryer in clean dry basement.
Free WiFi and internet.
Guest access
Guest have private entrance, entering from the front door of porch by key pad lock. There are 2 parking spaces, one in front of the main entrance and other at bottom of driveway to the right side.
Other things to note
The host lives in a totally private separate space on property.
Quiet time is respected from 10pm until 7am
I want guess to feel completely comfort, and treat my home with the same respect they would want in their home.
