House Rules - Rental Agreement
~A booking request constitutes acceptance of all House Rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgment of listing description from all guests on the reservation.
~All events must have special owner approval before booking.
~No additional guests without the owner's prior approval (including any visitors) over the number of guests stated on the reservation.
~The guests will respect and follow all city/community guidelines listed inside the property or on the property.
~The majority of our neighbors live here as full-time residents. Please minimize noise between is 9 PM- 7 AM (including holidays and celebrations) for all guests without exceptions.
~Please respect the house and neighbors. No loud music past nightfall and no music or creating a disturbance in the neighborhood. Only guests staying at the property are allowed unless specifically allowed by home owner.
NO DJs or loud music permitted outside. If the owner gets a legitimate complaint you will be immediately asked to leave the property. Quiet Time is 10PM to 8AM. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
~The guest agrees to know and agree to the following fees:
~Pets: Sorry, no animals allowed. $400 for each unauthorized pet.
~Absolutely no GLITTER, CONFETTI, small bits of decorations, or streamers are allowed anywhere on the property. There will be an additional $150 cleaning fee associated with any of these items.
~The guest ensures they have a crime-free record and wonβt carry any weapons to the property.
~The guest agrees to be booking in goodwill and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occurs.
~If any nonβfollowing of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
~Guests shall report in writing any issues with their check-in or any problems on the premises, including broken or malfunctioning items and matters that require the host's attention, within an hour of check-in. Please contact the host, so the host could try to remedy the situation
~A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
~Guests assume all risks and liability in connection with the occupancy of the property, including, but not limited to use of the driveway, stairs, decks and railing, flooring, doors, sinks, toilet, shower, appliances, and fireplace. Guests assume all responsibility, risks, and liability for activities related to water & snow play or water & snow conditions on the premises.
~Guests may not flush any wet wipes or feminine products down the toilet (even "flushable" brands). They belong in the garbage bin, instead of plumbing pipes. If plumbing is clogged with any of these items the guest will be fully responsible for any cost incurred to remediate the situation. Guests may not throw hard objects or peels into the sink garbage disposal. They belong in the garbage bin, instead of plumbing pipes.
~Property owner and/or designated agents may enter the property for repairs, cleaning, problem remediation with an urgent notice provided to guests.
~If you need help finding the items you need in the house, please text the host with your question. The host will gladly help you find what you are looking for or will let you know if it is not on the premises.
~In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests
~If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
~In the event that you need to park on-street, please keep our neighbors in consideration and ensure that you donβt block access to their properties.
~Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.
~We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
