Our fabulous home has got it all...stylish designer furnishings, two white living room seating areas, a huge dining table seating 10, a great backyard and pool, plenty of parking, wonderful privacy and easy access to both the Merritt and I-95. The perfect retreat for those with style who enjoy outside living. We are walking distance to the corner country store.
Our home is geared for those who enjoy character, charm, interesting details, and various nooks and crannies to explore. Please note if you prefer brand new construction, there are plenty of other homes in the area for you to enjoy.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS welcome if we have availability. Homeaway does not automatically allow this option when booking so please reach out if this is your situation.
ASK about availability if you see any blocked dates. Homeaway has changed their policies forcing us to keep most of the year blocked even though the dates may be available.
Home is conveniently located for Connecticut college visits to Yale, Sacred Heart University and Fairfield University, to name a few.
In general, the pool is open around Memorial Day through September. We do have a pool heater and there is a charge of $95/day if guest chooses to heat the pool. There is no extra pool charge if guests do not use the pool heater. Please note, if we did not add this charge, the nightly rate would need to increase as heating the pool is much higher than one would imagine.
