While this exciting getaway appears to be a brand new listing it is NOT! This Vibrant Oasis has been operating for 3 years with tons of amazing reviews ( see gallery) I recently, took over for my sister Zeina who has taught me everything she knows! You are in good hands and I am so excited to host your stay!

There is a $250 security deposit required before check in for LOCAL GUEST ONLY!
* 3 Full beds sleep 2 people each
* 1 Futons in living room sleeps 1 person each
* In total this can accommodate 7!
There is a $35 charge per night for every guest over 4. For example 6 people 2 will pay $35 per night of stay.
So, if you have 2 extra guest and stay 3 nights that is an additional $210
$35 per guest x 3 nights!
Extra guest require extra cleaning and linen. The $35 per night accounts for that.
The extra guest fee must be paid in full prior to arriving to suite to ensure that you have enough linen for all of your party! It is guest responsibility to send payment!
Street parking only! (Parking lot across the street)
Detailed Check In instructions & access code will be sent 2 days before your arrival!
* You must be at least 25 years old to book space!
* There is FREE RESIDENTIAL PARKING LOT
* There is a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY!
* Early Check in $50 ( if possible)
* Late check out is $150 ( unless approved)
* If violated, there is a cleaning fee of $250.00 ( disclaimer: there is a smoke detection device on premises)
* No gatherings of more than 7 on the premises!
* WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS TO STAY!
There is a $200 cleaning fee for violations of pets!
* There is an additional $200 violation fee for bringing animal into this suite. Do not try it you will get caught!
* WE Can't Deny SERVICE ANIMALS!!!
Host needs to be AWARE & NOTIFIED of Service Animals to ensure Proper Cleaning for next guest. Fees will apply if you choose not to communicate to host. (VIOLATION CAN RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND)
* Please DO NOT take anything from the apartment! There are no souvenirs, everything in the apartment is for the enjoyment of our guest!
*Please DO NOT rearrange furniture in suite.
*If anything breaks, spill or stains etc please let me know ASAP!
THERE IS A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR LOCALS (ONLY)
Your deposit of $250 is for security and shall be refunded provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage or loss to property
*Check Out instructions abided by
*Occupancy limits observed
Host is NOT responsible for any items left behind. PLEASE do a final sweep to ensure no possessions or left. Host will not be able to mail any valuables.
NOTICE: Do not leave valuables in vehicle.
Host and Building Management are not responsible for damage, theft to vehicle or contents. If any of the above happens make a police report as soon as possible.
* Exterior Camera is there for your Protection! ANY TAMPERING (COVERING UP) WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND!!!
