This gorgeous Kingston Lane home includes three bedrooms in the main house and an apartment over top the garage. This home features a beautiful eat in kitchen, spacious living room, and lovely sun room overlooking the backyard. The outdoor space is perfect to let the kids (big and small) run around or enjoy evening BBQ's!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
