The cottage is located on a quiet middle block -corner lot. One block walk to the private beach w/lifeguards and half a block to the private bay w/lifeguards and bay club. The NEW Clubhouse OPENS this summer 2025 and will offer fun summertime activities for members & renters of all ages. Adjacent to the Clubhouse, there's a playground, basketball court, crabbing, fishing and seining area and an area to launch your Kayak.
Cottage available on a weekly basis, Saturday-Saturday.
