You enter the house into the dining room and can walk through to the kitchen or head down the hallway to the left to find the office, full bathroom, and and two bedrooms including the master bedroom and half bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you should need for cooking, baking, and meal prep. The living room is downstairs and features a 72” TV, equipped with streaming services for your entertainment. The laundry room and additional sleeping space are both downstairs as well.
The house is located on the south side of Eau Claire so a short drive to the downtown area: about 10 minutes.
Only a 2 minute drive to popular food and beverage offerings: Caribou Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Hawaii Poke Bowl, Starbucks.
