Welcome to our tiny home! Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, this farmcation provides a quiet and relaxing stay with easy access to city life! Here you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, and arrangements to sleep up to 5 guests. Enjoy the open air, grill out, watch the animals, explore the fields, go fishing, and take a plunge in the pool, all with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain. We would love to host you on our family farm!
The Space:
***The pool is open and will remain available until October 1st. Access information is provided with a fee; please reach out to reserve the pool! The pool is not exclusive to the tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes and glamping tents on the farm. Please note: it is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny homes.***
You are staying in Tiny Home B. Guests will enter through the front door with a B by using a digital keypad. Left of the entryway is the living space and kitchenette. Straight from the front door is the first bedroom with a queen bed. To the right of the front door are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a twin over twin bunk, and the second has a queen bed. Extra sleeping space is available on the futon in the living room.
Outside is a charcoal grill and firepit.
We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock.

NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

****Please note there are many animals on the property. We love them and want to respect their space. Feel free to play with the chickens and Sampson, but please enjoy all other animals from a distance!****
NOTE: Farms and animals are wonderful, but we are not liable for any injury or illness sustained from exploring the farm, including engaging with animals, swimming in the pool, fishing at pond, interacting with any wildlife, or riding or operating any equipment (yours or ours).
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This tiny house is located on our family farm, just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Inquire about using our pool for a fee. It 's open from Memorial Day to October 1st.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! We can arrange for farm tours if you would like.
