Our spacious studio is offering lovely new furnishings, and an upgraded full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. With 650 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beach. The covered balcony offers both privacy and openness as the unit is located at the end of the building with a large landscaped lawn beyond. This easy access unit is on the first floor. The sugar white sand and emerald waters are just steps away beyond the tropical pool.
Delightful accommodations and an awesome lawn view just steps from the sand and waves are just the beginning! Our studio is professionally designed with stylish furnishings and an updated kitchen. The first floor patio is easily accessed by the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The studio is beautifully designed with a comfy king bed, a NEWLY updated bathroom with walk in shower, and generous closet space. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 4 people in this spacious studio. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, and wireless internet is complimentary. Tram service is also included. Guests are just minutes from everything at The Resort- the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.
