Beautiful 1949 mid-century house in a quiet neighborhood in the funky Fondren district. This 3 bed, 2 bath home is very bright. Easy access with a smart lock at the front door. The full kitchen is completely renovated with stainless steel appliances. No carpet! Bedrooms and private bathrooms with several of the original pieces including knobs and lighting. One original tub and sink. We also have a private room with a small desk. Private parking with room for 5 cars plus street parking - boats welcome.
