This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." The first-floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. This garage doubles as a perfect family fun hang-out spot, with air hockey, foosball, and a dart board! Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, as well as a laundry room for your use.
The second floor boasts 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a large loft with additional seating, and a large flat-screen tv! The second living area in the home is perfect for when your group wants to be just relaxing at home together for an evening, but still needs some extra space to spread out!
