Best of both worlds in this charming 4 bedroom home in DeTour VIllage. The home is right on the main drag in town. All the conveniences are just a short walk away. The VIllage Inn Tavern is just two blocks away. A gas station / convenience store is one block away. All the other shops in town are just as close. In addition, the waterfront is two blocks away. You can see freighters pass from the master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The Drummond Island ferry, municipal boat launch and marina are also just a short walk from the home.
