The finished basement offers a family room, sleeping area, and full bathroom. This area is accessible from both the inside and outside of the house. The sleeping quarters include two queen sized beds.
The home sits at the end of a quiet Cul De Sac and has an ample grassy side yard ideal for children to play in. Spend time rocking on the front porch rocking chairs while the children ride bikes up and down the quiet road.
