**Parking** We have one designated parking space for each unit. Please ensure that as a Guest, you park in the spaces Labeled "Permit" and register them
The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building located directly across from the mailboxes in the stand-alone center building. The code to enter the building is 1516. It is accessible to all guests, for a small fee, so feel free to use them during your stay. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know by messaging us through the app!

2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property.

4. No street parking - 1 permitted parked space
5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 10pm.

7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in a pile leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
9.Pets are NOT permitted! Pet violation fee $250/night
PARKING:
Each short term rental unit is allowed to reserve one parking spot for guests. An assigned parking spot and coordinating parking permit is to be available to guest for use and must be displayed on the dashboard during the stay. One other registered vehicle is allowed on the premises in an unassigned parking space, but is not guaranteed at all times. Special event parking may be charged by ownership periodically with an official parking permit, but no tenants or guests are allowed to charge for parking as this is a strict violation of the city of Arlington. No parking is permitted on the street. Property Ownership or Management is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or towing.
