This place was designed with families who have short term travel needs. The green space as MCAD is a block away. We utilized this space daily when we lived here a few years ago. I have so many beautiful memories in this neighborhood and I hope you do too. The great this is we aren't even a mile away if you need something. We still reside and work in South Minneapolis.
The space
This stylish 2+ bedroom, 1 bath bottom unit is nestled in the heart of the Eat Street neighborhood of South Minneapolis. South facing sunroom is filled with windows and makes a cozy retreat as an office or guest room. Lush perennial garden surrounds the home, connecting the screened in front porch to the patio in the back. Local Minneapolis artist + fashion designer +creative director Arianne Zager paintings are seen through the house. One of her murals 20 ft x 16 ft in my studio Jessica Strobel Photography. Her work has continuously brought be joy now you can be surrounded by it! With All the colors and natural like- this home will bring you joy.
There is Over 1500 square feet of sugar maple hardwood floors. Enough space to work and play! The soaring 13 foot ceilings create a stately space that is anchored by the richly toned original woodwork which is reminiscent of a bygone era. Formal dining room adjacent to the living room with large picture window is simply hard to beat. But the sunroom just might! Use as a separate office or sleep on the twin bed that doubles as a couch!
