As you enter into the light and bright vaulted ceiling main room with cozy fireplace and view of the pool you will know you have hit vacationland!

The villa features 2 main bedrooms with attached bath and walk in closets but the 3rd bedroom is just as fabulous with vaulted ceiling and built in dresser.
I have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage with parking in the driveway as well for 4 cars. -**please note** in June only 1 car will be able to park in the garage because I will have my car stored there. We have a large front patio for dining or a large back patio that over looks the pool with BBQ, high -top table, chairs, loungers and day bed.
You can't beat the area, we have 10 great restaurants that are only a 2 minute drive away and 10 minutes to the Casino. 2 minute drive to the 10 freeway and 18 minutes to Downtown Palm springs where fine dining, bars and great shopping awaits!
