Centrally located with easy access to major venues: 15 minutes from downtown Detroit and 10 minutes from Ferndale, Oak Park and Mid-Town Detroit.
The house - 3 bed/2.5 bath completely renovated and professionally decorated from floor to roof with a unique mixture of antique and modern 21st century comfort. On entering you will be greeted with the charming feeling of home. Modern fixtures, granite counter tops, central air, a 1st floor fireplace and hardwood floors throughout.
