Location! Location! Location! You canβt beat the convenience of this location! It is in the center of Albuquerque. 2 blocks from the UNM Main Campus and the popular Frontier Restaurant. If your looking for a fresh and modern vibe, this is what you are looking for. This space is extremely comfortable and cozy. You will not be disappointed.
The space
The character is unique and super cozy. Itβs location is high demand in Albuquerque and conveniently close to Downtown, Nob Hill, food, shopping, Walgreens, hospitals, parks, etc. This place has a great walk score and will not disappoint. There is another house in the back with itβs own private entrance on the side that is also on Airbnb. The property is conveniently set up to keep the privacy of each of the houses. There is a locked up cleaning supplies room in the middle of both houses that serves as a super effective buffer zone for noise. It is surprisingly super peaceful in both houses as they defer outside noice nicely.
Guest access
The space includes two parking spots. Additionally, there is free street parking after 5pm and all day Sunday. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and dinning room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer on premises in the property for guests to use. Please schedule your time to use as it is a scheduled private use common area. Please coordinate with Alondra or Sergio to book your Laundry use time.
Other things to note
There is another unit in the back with its own private entrance. The space is also rented on Airbnb. There is a locked up cleaning room in between the two units to serve as a buffer zone. The space is super private and quiet. Also, The space has been completely remodeled except for the basement. We included pictures in the photos. Please keep the door to the basement locked at all times unless you have scheduled the time to use the laundry room which that will be the access to it.
