The Cottage at Long Pond is a modern, up-to-date 1,585sf home beautifully sited on 3/4 acres with 385 feet of direct waterfront offering unspoiled views.
Kayaks & Canoe available when appropriate. Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis. Both can be done on our frozen lake or ski Sunappee. We offer a main level master bedroom suite, living area w/ wood stove & eat-in kitchen. Close to many fun things to do.
The space:
The cottage is rustic yet provides all the modern comforts of home. Alexa assisted Smart Home. Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker and ice water in the door. Water is safe for drinking with laboratory grade UV water purification system and 5 micron whole house filter.
We have to limit the number of guest to 4. We can only accommodate 4 guests due to the fact that we have a holding tank for all that goes down the drain. But you do have choices of beds to sleep your 4 guest in. Twin, double or queen. Please specify how many beds are need and which ones you will need to have linens for.
No parties are allowed on this property and this is non-negotiable. Limited number of DAY guests allowed, not to exceed our capacity of 4 adults. We have had issues with this in the past and will have support get involved to remove you if this rule isn’t followed.
Guest access:
We are in a rural area, parking in our driveway or at the top in front of the garage, not on the street.
Other things to note:
The beach is 50% ours. You have access to the town beach as well. Please note the rock at the waterline at the halfway point. That is our neighbors right-of-way and beach. NO Dogs are allowed at this time.
