Located just minutes from downtown Hayward, Sevenwinds Casino and the Birkie trail. Perfect location for all seasons! Easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails and public boat launch.
Family room has vaulted ceiling with North facing windows that over look the lake. Original hardwood floors, gas burning fireplace and 55" smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Kuerig, toaster, crock pot, cooking and eating utensils, dinnerware and glassware. Basic paper products provided.
Walkout lower level includes bedroom with Kong bed, laundry room, bathroom with tub/shower and common area with sofa, sitting area, twin over full bunk bed and 42" smart TV.
