Rent this SHARP and UNIQUE 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home on a three quarter acre lot in the convenient, yet private town of Greenville, WI. VERY PRIVATE and wooded property; yet minutes from the Fox River Mall and surrounding Appleton restaurants. We are about 30 minutes from the Packer stadium if you have tickets for a home game. Home offers an open concept floor plan, jetted tub in master bedroom, adjustable king size bed, soft water, as well as completely finished basement with workout room and entertainment area for hosting family and friends. Home offers Smart TV's in Master bedroom and 3rd bedroom, living room, and two nice-sized TV's in basement for hosting those Packer parties and other sports events. We also have 2 queen size inflatable beds for extra sleep capacity, if needed. However, please let us know if you plan to use so we take them out of storage. Completely furnished kitchen including crock pots and coffee keurig. We have a small pond in back of home, with nicely landscaped and wooded backyard for those awesome cookouts with family and friends. We have a Traeger grill and 2 Oklahoma Joe smokers. Home offers an underground sprinkler system, outdoor lighting, professional landscaping and outdoor speakers in front and back of home. Three stall garage with mounted TV in garage as well. There is also a large driveway for ample parking. Cars can also park on the streets in Greenville. Home is conveniently located; just 30 minutes from Green Bay or Oshkosh. EXCEPTIONAL HOME FOR EAA !!! Check in time is 4pm and check out at 11am on day of departure. However, if the home is ready earlier than 4:00 pm, we are more than willing to let you check in early.
