Winnipesaukee Beach Access townhouse in the coveted gated community of South Down Shores. Sleeping a total of 8, 6 guests in traditional beds and an additional 2 on a full futon. Offers beach access to a shared, shady association beach on Paugus Bay, as well as many other outdoor amenities including tennis courts, playground and walking paths. The townhouse features a main floor family room with walk-out patio and a full kitchen. The second level has a queen bed in the master and guest room with a full futon. Two twin beds and a queen on the third floor. Natural light fills every room in this large, well maintained home all within a short distance of the lake. No community pool available in this association just lake access. It is perfectly located near many of the regions attractions as well as providing an excellent family environment. This area features a premier beach on Paugus Bay where vacationers can enjoy easy access by boat and car to Weirs Beach, Meredith Village and Gilford. The private community of South Down also provides easy access to day docking as well. This home has assigned parking. No pets and no smoking allowed. Motorcycles, snowmobiles, and golf carts shall not be permitted on the property overnight. If an owner has a garage space, motorcycles, snowmobiles and /or golf cart may be stored in the garage space during the nighttime hours. Use of this owner's garage is subject to approval. All golf carts must be registered with South Down Association. If no garage, motorcycles must be parked at the beach parking lot overnight at owner's risk. Violation of the regulations may result in fines and towing of the vehicle without further warning. Parking for trailers, fees incurred, is secured via the tenant paid directly to TPW Management.
