The Harbor School House is perched at the top of a hill on an acre lot with a fully fenced in backyard and large deck. The three bedrooms sleep eight adults comfortably. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the semi-private den. The house has a fully furnished kitchen, large dining table, outdoor space including deck & front porch, parking for three cars, and smart TVs in the bedrooms & living spaces. There is also a finished room in the basement with a large smart TV. The location of this house is ideal. You can walk to the village, Fish Creek is a 10 minute drive north, and Sturgeon Bay is a 15 minute drive south. Egg Harbor is home to an annual 4th of July parade, fireworks, and Pumpkin Patch Festival.
