Welcome to the Harmony House, located within walking distance of the charming and historic Chatham town square. This cozy countryside getaway overlooks 10 acres of beautiful forest and open plains. The property is newly renovated and stocked with all the amenities that we hope will make our home feel like yours. With many attractions such as hiking, biking, skiing, and swimming all within close proximity, the Harmony House is the perfect family vacation spot.
All living spaces are completely renovated; newly refinished wood floors on the ground level & new carpet upstairs. The rooms are freshly painted with inviting colors and all the mattresses are brand new.
The kitchen is very spacious and has a classic rustic look. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens (Whirlpool), a 5 burner gas stove, a large double sink with garbage disposal, ample pots & pans, a coffee maker, an ice maker, a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a large microwave. The kitchen is perfect for large families who love to cook or people who just want the basics.
In the backyard, we have a fire pit and chairs, perfect for a peaceful night under the stars. We also have two Weber grills (gas & charcoal) for all your grilling needs.
Guest will have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage. The backyard with all amenities is also available for your enjoyment. The pool & pool deck are still a work in progress but if a guest would like to utilize that extra space they may do so.
The Harmony House is in an ideal location, only a few minutes from the Taconic Parkway, and yet very tranquil. Guests will enjoy a beautiful view from our grounds and be immersed in nature. The house is located on a quiet country road, great for walking, biking, or birding.

Skiing- 25 min from Catamount, 30 min from the Berkshires, & 35 min from Jiminy Peak.
Hiking- Borden's Pond Conservation Area (5 min walk), 15 min from Beene Hill State Park which is a great place to hike, camp, or fish.
Biking- 15 min from the Empire State Trail
Other- Crellin Park is about a 4-minute drive right off NY-66, Hudson 25 min & 30 min from Albany.
