Hickory hardwood floors, tiled baths and private deck w/grill. The property is complete with a firepit, 2 pergolas/swing, sand play court, parking and MOST OF ALL ACCESS TO PAW PAW LAKE. You can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board right across the street!

This cottage has A/C, queen size master bed, bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top), bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, pot/pans , R/O water, microwave, dishwasher, range.
