Summary: this hotel looks cute online and it looked like it was in a great area (it was), however it left a lot to be desired. We were there over the july 4th weekend, however our room was never served on 7/4. they refreshed the towels and made the bed, but nothing else. they did not refresh the dirty glasses, bathroom sundries or clean up the room in any way. In addition, the hallway carpeting was dirty and stained. the carpeting in our room was ripped at the threshold of the bathroom, as were the towels and sheets. Both the desk chair and the headboard were material, which i do not like, it feels very dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky (which can be from too much soap). in addition, the safe did not work and I had to call 3 times to get someone up to the room so that we could leave.
