The 21-foot movable wall offers an indoor/outdoor experience that connects you to the 1-acre backyard where you'll find a hot tub, large grass area, grill, and vast patio to enjoy. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers a custom kitchen and open-living concept. Nearby access to trails for hiking. Close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, and North Rim Grand Canyon.
The space
The Kitchen:
This home offers a large custom kitchen equipped with an 6 burner range and skillet, a commercial-sized fridge and freezer, and everything you'll need for cooking or baking. On either side of the range, you will find a variety of seasoning supplies such as salt, pepper, steak seasoning, olive oil, etc. Behind the bard door, you'll find a walk-in pantry with many supporting kitchen supplies (including a blender, air fryer, crockpot, etc.) and plenty of space to store food items during your visit. This kitchen comes fully stocked with glass dishware (plastic provided for hot tub/outdoor usage) and eating utensils, mixing bowls, pots & pans, etc.
Living Room/Dining Room
The kitchen, living, and dining room offer a vast open layout with a 21-foot movable glass wall connecting you to the entire backyard. You will find the living room furnished with comfortable sofas and an accent chair. This allows you to sit by the large stone fireplace (turned off during the summer), or stand in the kitchen while enjoying the red rock mountain in the backyard. The dining room offers a large round table with 6 dining chairs, set by the living and kitchen open area.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
1 Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, attached full bathroom.

All bedrooms have linens and blankets provided. They each have their closet for comfortable luggage storage.

All bathrooms are equipped with basic amenities: towels, hand soap, hair soap, hairdryer, etc.
Office/Workout Space
This space is beautifully lit with a large window. You'll find a small desk and office area. On the other half of the room, you'll find a small area for yoga/exercise.
Laundry Room:
2 Washers and 2 Dryers. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets will be provided.
Hot Tub:
This hot tub sits against the home looking out at the backyard and red rock mountain. It comfortably seats 6 people. Pool towels will be provided.
Downstairs Kitchen/Living
Downstairs you will find a small kitchen and living space. This is an open layout space offering a stone fireplace (turned off in the summer months), 100-year-old piano, large television, couches, and board games.

Guest access
Guests will use the main entrance to the home where you will find a split-level entry. Up a few stairs, you will find a large foyer with seating, and a vast open layout with a custom kitchen, living room, and dining room. From there you'll have access to a large front patio area, and an entire 1-acre backyard set against red rock mountains. On the main floor, you'll find an office, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a full laundry room. Downstairs you will find the last Master bedroom and bathroom with another small living room and kitchen. (The door by the downstairs fireplace remains locked, where it is a private apartment for the landowners to use when guests are not using the home.)
