This newly built home has so much to recommend it with paved driveway for your convenience, covered front porch with seating, luxury solid surface flooring throughout the interior, comfortable living area sectional sofa, dining space for your family, a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, 3 relaxing bedrooms including a master suite with en suite bath featuring step in shower, large enclosed outside shower, and great covered porch out back with a large grass-filled fenced back yard! Drive over to the beach and be there in literally a minute or two - just a little over a mile away. Take a leisurely walk or bike ride via 31st St over the scenic maritime walkway to the beach less than a mile away. A public kayak launch only about 1/2 a mile from the home is provided at the beginning of 31st St by the scenic maritime walkway!

No smoking allowed at any time on premises - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations
No pets at all permitted at any time. Strictly enforced. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are permitted with a 3 night minimum stay year-round.
