This Cozy Cottage has 2 bedroom 1 Bath , Front & Rear Outdoor Porch areas with Rocking Chairs, One King bed , One Queen bed and a pull out Sleeper Sofa in living area , Small dining area seats 4 , Outdoor porch dining table also seats 4 , Free WIFI, smart TV , Front load Washer and Dryer , Kitchen, Fenced yard with mature Trees , Rose bushes and Raspberry trees. Free off street parking for 2 cars. The Cottage is somewhat small for 6 adults , It is better suited for 4 but will accommodate 6 (Sleeper Sofa )

The Cottage has Heating and a wall air Conditioner in the living room area. There is Air Conditioning in the Living Room kitchen area and Rear Bedroom . There is a ceiling fan provided and in the evenings it is usually cool

Our Historic neighborhood has beautiful Victorian homes, Big old trees & fabulous gardens. Its a great place to take a walk. You can walk downtown or stroll thru Montford. Close by you will find the Civic Center and the Basilica of St. Lawrence.
Asheville has a wide variety of trendy restaurants, lots of locally owned stores, live music venues, theaters, and bars/clubs. There are many local breweries, festivals, farmers' markets and special events are frequent.Whole Foods & Trader Joe's are also nearby.
Asheville is located within easy driving distance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest and other areas for hiking, biking, waterfalls, tubing ,rafting, kayaking and picnicking.
