Historic 1800s house, completely renovated inside and professionally designed, sitting on six acres of the Ottauquechee River!
This is the perfect vacation property for large family reunions, ski vacations, hiking trips or just a chance to relax with friends while enjoying the beautiful Vermont nature.
Walk into a brand new open kitchen with a large bar that seats five. An additional sitting area in the kitchen seats four more. Relax in the large soaker tub off the kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room.
The five bedrooms in the main house have queen beds in all of them. No shared beds, no bunkbeds! Just your own private rooms! On the first floor, there are two bedrooms adjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom, perfect for families. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The second floor has three additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom, with walk in shower and a master bedroom/bathroom combo with gigantic walk in shower. Also on this floor is a washer/dryer combo.
Finally, the top floor is a fully finished attic, amazing for movies, hanging out, playing cards on the poker table and just having additional common area. The entire attic is air conditioned and includes two full beds and a futon. The wet bar is the perfect finishing touch to an incredible bonus to the house!
In addition to the five bedrooms and attic in the main house, there is an attached two bedroom apartment with four full beds (two per room). The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
There are two decks off the back that overlook the six acres. Walk through the large yard to the river, as well! JUST ADDED! Breeo Smokeless X-Series fire pit!
Our property also borders the Bridgewater Park which has tennis courts, a baseball diamond and a playground for kids!
Bridgewater is located conveniently between the slopes of Killington and the lovely town of Woodstock!
