Accommodating up to 12 guests, when you book at Chatham Hills House, you have exclusive access to the entire property. We warmly welcome pets and children, making it a family-friendly retreat. The historic home boasts four spacious bedrooms and a fully renovated open-concept kitchen/dining area. Gather around the exquisite Amish-made farmhouse table, where the whole family can enjoy meals together. The dining area seamlessly flows into the living room, featuring a generous sectional couch, TV, and fireplace. For relaxation and entertainment, the lounge area is ideal, complete with a cribbage game and a convertible queen futon that doubles as the fourth bedroom. Additional sleeping space is available with a futon in the lounge.

The lower level of the house has been transformed into a game room, offering endless amusement. The property leads directly to the Door County Land Trust, a stunning nature preserve filled with lush greenery, perfect for hiking, dog walking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing during the winter months.
As an exclusive amenity, Chatham Hills House presents "The Adventure Shed." Inside, you'll find kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, grills, coolers, strollers, kids' toys, snowshoes, ice hockey gear, ice fishing gear, and much more. All of these items are complimentary for guests of Chatham Hills. Please note that usage of The Adventure Shed is at your own risk, and a waiver must be signed before accessing the equipment.
We happily accommodate dogs, but we regretfully cannot accept cats due to allergic family members. Rest assured, we provide all the necessary supplies for your furry friends, including crates, dog beds, bowls, leashes, and more. The fee for dogs is $50 per day.
Chatham Hills House is equally child and infant-friendly, offering amenities such as a high chair, pack 'n plays, toys, books, and kids' utensils.
Located just a short 15-minute drive from any venue on the Peninsula, Chatham Hills House allows you to park your car and explore the charming tree-lined streets. 1. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with prior approval by management at a rate of $50 per day per dog. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergic family members.
2. A security deposit of $1,500 is required. A hold will be placed on your account one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay if there are no damages and the house rules are followed. No funds will be withdrawn from your account.
3. We do not offer refunds for events beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
4. While the Wi-Fi is generally fast and reliable, occasional spottiness may occur due to the rural location.
5. Unauthorized guests or exceeding the occupancy limits is strictly prohibited. No exceptions can be made.
6. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this advertisement; however, errors may occur. We strive to maintain up-to-date information. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the homeowner's control, the homeowner will attempt to resolve them but cannot be held liable.

Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.
**The motel behind the house, which is not open during the winter, will be going through minor renovations December - April. If you see working guys back there, or a work truck in the parking lot, that's what is going on!**
