Sleeps 8. One queen bed in bedroom. Full bed and twin up spiral staircase in loft. 2 pull out beds in leather couches - one double, one single.
Spring through Fall, a complimentary golf cart provided for cruising around the property.
Ac, heat, reverse osmosis well water, dish with 65” hdtv, pellet stove, boulder firepit, large deck, etc.
Linens provided. Trash is carry in carry out. We can handle disposal of garbage for a fee of $75.
Motocross track and off-road trails. Ride trails at your own risk. NYS snowmobile trail crosses along easement in back of property.
Tons of room for parking RV, trailers, etc. Feel free to bring off-road vehicles for cruising around property. We have had Jeep wranglers ride the entire motocross track with no issue.
Bring tents to camp on the 5+ acres of manicured lawn.
